How this website handles data, in plain language.
This website is an informational catalogue. It has no user accounts, no checkout, no comment system, no advertising tools and no analytics or tracking scripts. Nothing you do while reading these pages is logged by us, and no cookies are set by this site.
The free planner and the mailing list
The free 2027 planner is delivered through a signup page hosted by SubscribePage, at amy-philips-planners.subscribepage.io. Following that link takes you off this website. If you choose to sign up, you give your email address there so that the planner can be sent to you and so that you can receive occasional updates from Amy Philips. That list is used only for Amy Philips titles.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, and the address is removed. SubscribePage acts as the processor and handles the storage and sending; its own privacy notice governs what happens on that page and applies in addition to this one.
We do not sell, rent or share the list with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
External retailer links
Some pages link to Lulu and Google Play Books™, where the books and planners are actually sold. Those are our own titles, not paid or affiliate placements. When you follow an external link, that retailer's own privacy and cookie practices apply and the purchase relationship is with them, not with this website.

Google Play and Google Play Books are trademarks of Google LLC. Lulu is a trademark of Lulu Press, Inc. These names are used here only to identify where our titles are sold. Read Plan Create is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by either company.
Fonts
The typefaces used on the article pages are served from this website itself. No font request is made to any third party, so no data about you leaves this site when a page loads.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or the UK you have the right to ask what data is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy. For the mailing list this means the email address you gave.
Changes to this page
If analytics, advertising, a contact form or any other data-processing feature is added, this page will be updated before that feature goes live.
