Because Christmas Doesn’t Plan Itself (Even Though Everyone Assumes You Will)
Christmas rarely goes wrong because of one big job. It goes wrong because twenty small ones are all being held in one person’s head at the same time. This planner opens one door a day for 24 days, and each door asks for one short task and offers one small breather. Four weeks, four stages: get it out of your head, sort the gifts, handle food and home, then land the plane.
Three catch-up days are built in, at the end of each of the first three weeks, because December does not politely wait for you to finish.

Week one clears your head: a brain dump, a Who Does What sheet that sorts jobs between you, a partner, the kids and nobody at all, a spending number chosen on purpose, and a calendar check that puts school, work and visits side by side before you promise December anything. Week two handles gifts, from one idea per person through ordering, delivery, cards and small gifts. Week three covers the menu, the shopping split between pantry and fresh, a decoration reality check, a fifteen-minute guest-ready reset and one dish moved off Christmas Day. Week four lands it: guests, wrapping night with the hiding places written down, travel, the final fresh-food run, and a timeline that works backwards from dinner with the oven temperatures in their own column.

A print-ready PDF of the whole planner, and inside it a download link for the rest: an interactive fillable PDF, a digital planner PDF for Goodnotes and similar apps, printable formats in both US Letter and A4, and both an undated edition and a 2026 dated edition. The extra files arrive through that download rather than being filled in inside Google Play Books.
One task a day, sized to fit around ordinary December life, instead of a planning marathon that ends with four tabs open and nothing decided.
The Who Does What sheet lets a job be dropped rather than redistributed, and the Keep / Tweak / Ditch page comes back to those later in the month.
Every door has one, because the person organizing Christmas is usually the last one to get to sit down at it.
The same planner in both editions, so you can see the layout before you buy.

No. The Lulu book is the bound planner on its own, printed in color and shipped to you. The extra files come with the digital edition from Google Play Books.
A print-ready PDF of the planner, plus a download link inside the file for the rest of the bundle: an interactive fillable PDF, a digital planner PDF that works in Goodnotes and similar note-taking apps, printable formats in US Letter and A4, and both an undated edition and a 2026 dated edition. Those extras are a separate download and are not fillable inside Google Play Books itself.
Yes. It opens flat on a table and folds back on itself, which matters for a planner you write in while cooking or wrapping.
No. The 24 days are a sequence rather than fixed dates, and three catch-up days are built in at the end of each of the first three weeks. Starting late or missing a day does not break it.
No. Roughly half the planner covers gifts, budget, shopping and travel, which apply whether you host or visit. The guest, menu and timeline pages are there when you need them and can be left blank when you do not.
